Assess the nurses perception of patient safety culture and safety control in patient safety management activities

Background: Patient safety has become a primary focus in worldwide for health care organizations, and prerequisite the provision of useful quality care. Safety refers reduce error, prevent patient fall, developing knowledge about error that means prevention harm by nurses’ Nurses are heart medical services to improve through nursing errors. Aim: To assess perception culture, control, management activities. Methods: Non experimental, cross sectional design research was adopted study with 100 samples which met inclusion criteria were selected Random sampling technique. Demographic variables data collected using multiple choice questionnaire followed assessing nurse’s perceptions on culture control Result: The findings Out 213 female (95.9%), average age 32.93±8.13 years. Educational preparation also solicited showing 94 individuals (42.3%) had graduated from 3-year colleges. Most participants unmarried. With regard total clinical work experience, 79 (35.6%) nurses, highest proportion, worked less than 2~5 Conclusion: results revealed nurses moderate level perception. There statistically significant relationship between gender, working ward safety. These suggest increase improved life.
